You can write to us in English. The Czech version of the legal documents is binding.

• Support and technical issues. Something on the site doesn't work, you can't sign in, or an asset is missing — let us know.
• Billing and subscription. Tax receipts, changing your card, switching between the monthly and yearly plan, cancelling — you can usually do it all in your Account, but we'll help with anything unusual.
• Complaints. In line with the terms of service we accept complaints by email or in writing at our registered office. To speed things up, include your account email, a description of the defect, when it occurred and the remedy you request.
• Withdrawal from the contract. You can send a clear statement by email or to our registered office. A template is in the terms of service.
• Data protection (GDPR). Exercising your rights under the privacy policy — access, correction, erasure, portability, withdrawal of consent.
• Reporting security vulnerabilities. If you have found a security issue, please report it responsibly by email. We will assess your report within days.
• Content and publisher requests. If you are the original publisher of a news item and believe our AI-generated content infringes your copyright, let us know — we handle each case individually.
• Partnerships and collaboration. We like people who understand markets or AI. Get in touch.

If you cannot or do not want to resolve a matter with us directly, the operator is supervised by Czech authorities:

• Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) — out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
• Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz) — GDPR complaints.
• Czech National Bank (cnb.cz) — register of licensed investment advisers (FinSignal is not one).
